Home time in Lukomir. Shepherding is the main occupation, and the village is cut off by snow for several months during winter.

Lukomir - it's 4,500 feet up - the height of Ben Nevis. Shepherds still have to look after the sheep.

Right at the edge of the village is a drop of 2,400 feet into Rakitnica canyon. This is the view from the last cottage in the village

The Crooked Bridge - a miniature version of the Old Bridge in Mostar. It survived the war, but was washed away by floods. It has been rebuilt.
